Today was a great first day back! It was wonderful to see everyone and it sounds like everyone had a great Christmas!
Today we kept it pretty simple in the classroom, but we managed to do some fun things!
During Jesus Time, we talked about how the Wise Men came to visit Jesus and brought Him presents. We talked about what presents we would give Jesus.
So....we cut wrapping paper and glued it down to make a present for Jesus! These will be hanging in our classroom on Thursday!
We have some new tables at our writing center, so some of the students decided to do some writing. I also have mailboxes for the kids so that they can send letters/pictures to each other. It should be fun for the kids!
Then we had fun at the Sensory Table. I put flour in and the kids had fun playing with this texture! We will keep it for a couple of weeks, so please know that your child might come home a little dusty because they were having fun! :)
