Today was gym day!
We started off by running off some energy and then freezing when the whistle blew! Here are some pictures of a "Freeze" pose!
Then it was Parachute Time! We had fun using our arms to bounce the parachute around!
Then we put tennis balls in the middle and tried to bounce them off the parachute!
Then I added 2 volleyballs!
Back in the classroom, I showed the class how we were going to paint today...using a rolling pin!
Then we worked with play-doh to make snakes to work our small motor muscles!
We started to be silly and make play-doh hats!
Then it was music time! Our favorite!
We danced with a partner!
During Center Time, each student had a chance to create colorful art by painting with a rolling pin! Messy but fun!
We also enjoyed writing notes at our Writing Center!
and playing with animals!
It was a fun day!
