August 30th Pictures

Another great day in Preschool!  We used the SMARTboard a lot today to sort circles, look at artwork, and  learn about what God created.  Today we found out that God created land, sun, moon, and the stars.  We started making our Creation books.  Those books will come home when we are done with our Creation Unit.  We also started working in our journals today which was exciting!  Today we worked on tracing around one of our wood pieces from our Handwriting Without Tears curriculum.  Check out the fun we had today!

August 25th Pictures

Today we started our religion curriculum with the story of Creation!  Our theme for Creation is "God Made the World" and today we talked about how God made light and the sky and water.  We also went to gym today and had fun running, walking, and tiptoeing on the lines.  We also had fun kicking and throwing different sized balls.  Back in the classroom, we had a yummy "Fruit Day" snack (Thank you to Logan's family!), we painted, sorted on the SMARTboard, and practiced cutting papers for the first time.  We had a great day!
