October 18th Pictures

Today was a wacky Tuesday (that is what I kept telling the kids) because our schedule was all different today and the kids handled it very well!

We had a special chapel leader today, Youth Encounter.  It is a group of college students that travel around to different churches and lead worship services.  They did a puppet show for us today and sang some fun songs.  Here are some pictures!

After the puppet show, Mrs. Woike from the library, came and read to our class and Mrs. Stanglein's Preschool class, 3 books about spiders.  After hearing the stories, we got the chance to make spider webs.

After all of that excitement, we had a few minutes left in our day to have Center Time.  Over fall break, some new centers were added and the kids had fun exploring the new centers, but then we had to spend some time talking about how to clean them up when we are all finished.  They did a great job cleaning up!

I've added the kids pictures onto our wooden blocks.  The kids had fun playing with them.

All in all, a fun wacky Tuesday!  Thursday we will back to our normal routines!  Please remember your Parent/Teacher Conference time that is scheduled for Thursday or Friday.  I am looking forward to meeting with you!
