Pictures for Feb. 21st

We had a great Tuesday!  We welcomed Mrs. Laura Horton, our new aide for the rest of the school year.  Prayers for Mrs. Robertson as she awaits the birth of her baby!

We also enjoyed going to chapel and hear Pastor Rouland explain the paraments that are up in church.  Please ask your child what color the paraments were today and what symbols we saw on them.

We enjoyed painting.  A surprise for the students when we come back to school on Thursday because we will take the tape off and see what happens to the paint that was put down on top of the tape!

 We enjoyed looking at our alphabet charts during Music Time.  We sang several songs that helped us point out the letters in the alphabet.

 Then we worked on writing letters on our chalkboards.

 During Center Time, we enjoyed playing at the various centers.

We created a 3D piece of artwork using glue and beads on clear film.  We will later hang these up in our windows.  This also was a great fine motor activity as we had to pick up tiny beads and place them on the film.

We also enjoyed counting while we sang a new song!  A busy, fun day!
