Today was a very busy day in our classroom! We had chapel today so we made the long train trip over to Zion's church. In church we talked about we come to chapel to learn more about Jesus. We found out that the color green is all over our church. We looked at the beautiful stained glass windows and found Jesus in the front window. We listened, prayed, and sang songs during our chapel service. It was great to worship with the other Preschool classes and Kindergarten classes.
Back in our classroom, we went on a hunt to find circles in our classroom; there are a lot of them. Then we started our "Circle Mural". We made prints using caps from bottles, bottoms of cans, etc. to make circle prints. Next week our mural should be up in the hallway. We also talked about the SMARTboard and it will be ready for your children to use when they come in on Thursday.
We painted pictures at the easel and played outside; it was a busy day! Check out the fun we had today!
